Questions
How does the free week work?
Every feature is free for 7 days from the first time you open Quit Orbit. No payment details are needed. After the free week, choose a weekly, monthly or yearly Quit Orbit Pro plan to keep going. You only pay if you choose a plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Quit Orbit and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also get there from You → Manage subscription in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I paid but don't have Pro
- Make sure you're signed in to the same Quit Orbit account you used when you subscribed. Pro belongs to that account.
- Open the paywall and tap Restore.
- Check you're connected to the internet, then close and reopen the app.
Still stuck? Email us with the email address of your Quit Orbit account.
Why does it say “Pro is on another account”?
Quit Orbit Pro belongs to the account that bought it. Apple allows one active subscription per Apple ID, so if a different Quit Orbit account already subscribed on this Apple ID, tap Switch account and sign in with that account.
Is my journal private?
Yes. Your habits, streaks, slips and journal entries are stored only on your device and are never uploaded. Your account holds only your email, name and a user ID so you can sign in. You can also turn on You → Require Face ID. See our Privacy Policy.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap Forgot password?. We'll email you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that button instead.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and the data on your device. To clear only your habits and journal but keep your account, use You → Reset all data.
I moved to a new phone. Where is my progress?
Your progress is stored on your device, not in your account, so it doesn't move automatically. If you restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of your old one, your planets come with it.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Quit Orbit, pick a size and tap Add Widget.
